Our Team

Peter Sandhaus was born and raised in Peru. He obtained a Degree in Marketing and Communications and a Bachelor’s Degree in Publicity; then he worked in the hotel industry in Lima for several years as a Guest Service Manager. He came to the United States in the early 2000s searching to make a difference in people’s live and help others.

His first job in the US was at the American Institute of Technology, managing the operation of the institute. Peter started his career at Urban Pathways, working as a Director of Operations at drop-in centers, safe havens, outreach and housing for people who live on the streets of New York.  It was at Urban Pathways that he realized that his job could be a way to make a difference in someone’s life; fourteen years of service to Urban Pathways has rewarded Peter with the knowledge that his work does help.

Mishelle Sandhaus, graduated from the Peruvian Fitness Federation as "Coach of Fitness" and from the Chio Lecca Institute as "Image and Personal Shopper Advisor" decided to complement her knowledge by learning Coaching and much more from her mentor @LaMana, where she started the MSA brand, school specialized in comprehensive development.
