It is called on to us to live a time on deep and vertiginous changes in all the areas and individual in the markets. The instability is a constant phenomenon with which we must coexist in daily form; it can be a threat that takes to an organization to journey situations of extreme difficulty, but also presents/displays different opportunities for which it is necessary to be prepared. We differentiated, then, two types of crisis: Those where one is threatened the continuity of the company and others where the opportunity to grow forces to produce deep changes in the organization and management of the same one. We learned because we were protagonists of those situations and also because we formed academically to acquire varied technical tools that we have successfully applied in our experience industralist. Because we know what feels an organization in crisis, at the time of acting we worried about the technical aspects (economic, financial, legal, commercial and productive), but also special taken care of in people, looking for to alleviate its suffering and to motivate it towards objectives you superadore.
